You decide where environmental funding actually lands.

Every vote is committed to a verified project and replayed on a public ledger. Free to vote, no donation required, and you can see the receipt at /proof any time.

Voting takes 30 seconds. No payment details requested.

You vote; advertisers fund the project. How does this work?

Founding members are now voting — be among the first to shape where funding goes.

Why a Purpose Foundation?

GreenSweep is in the process of becoming a Malta Purpose Foundation under Chapter 16 of the Laws of Malta. This is not the obvious choice. We could have been a registered charity, a benefit corporation, or even a traditional NGO. We chose the Purpose Foundation because of what it uniquely ensures.

Legally Binding Purpose

Our environmental mission will be written into our founding documents in a way that cannot be changed, even by founders. No future board can pivot to a different mission. The law itself will enforce it.

No Profit Extraction

Founders and administrators cannot distribute profits to themselves. All revenue either funds projects or covers legitimate operational costs. The incentive structure aligns our success with impact, not personal gain.

Regulatory Accountability

Once incorporated, we will file annual accounts with the Malta Business Registry and will be subject to EU regulatory standards, including GDPR. Our structure will provide transparency equivalent to a traditional charity, with the operational flexibility to innovate.

Built on Verification and Transparency

Verified Projects Only

Every project is independently certified by Gold Standard, Verra/VCS, or Plan Vivo. These are the same standards used by governments and major foundations globally.

70–96%

Impact Efficiency: 70–96%

Starting at 70% on day one, scaling to 85%+ with matched philanthropic funding and 96% at full scale with corporate sustainability partnerships. Every euro not directed to projects covers only platform operations, team, and regulatory costs.

About the homepage claims

Why does the homepage say Filipino voters specifically?

The Philippines is a launch market and the world's fourth-largest remittance corridor — $40 billion in 2023 inflows per the World Bank Migration and Development Brief 36. The platform is live in PH; Filipino voters direct funding through the same monthly cycle described above.

What about Bangladeshi voters in the Gulf?

The phrasing is aspirational on purpose. Bangladesh is a target diaspora corridor — $22 billion in 2023 remittance inflows per the World Bank Migration and Development Brief 36, the bulk of it from Gulf workers. The slot switches to present tense once at least 10 BD-Gulf voters have completed signup; until then the homepage is honest about the gap.

Why mention 'on-chain' verification?

According to the Climate Policy Initiative (2023), only 10% of climate finance reaches local communities, largely because intermediary chains are opaque. GreenSweep records every disbursement on a public ledger and replays it through the cryptographic verifier at /proof; the dashboard at /transparency shows the live state of each cycle — votes received, revenue allocated, project disbursement transactions. Verification is the receipt, not a brand promise.

What is the corporate matching programme?

Corporate sponsors fund matching pools that scale individual votes — Layer 2 in the funding stack — and direct programme partnerships fund Layer 3 strategic outcomes. The match runs on the same monthly cycle and is verified through the same /proof ledger. According to CharityWatch, organisations allocating 70% or more to programs are rated 'highly efficient'; that 70% direct-to-project allocation applies to matched corporate funds as well. Reach the matching desk via /contact?topic=csr.
