The Singapore Pte. Ltd. is the current legal operating entity; the Malta Foundation is the successor governance vehicle being formed with a Maltese law firm and will be published here with its Maltese registration number and registered office upon completion. The platform is hosted on Vercel's European infrastructure and uses Supabase for database services, both with GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements. Regulatory & Compliance
