Direct donations are not yet live.

Stripe + Givebutter integration is in final staging. Join the wait-list below, or cast a free vote today — both route funding to verified projects.

Donate to GreenSweep

Support verified climate work directly — alongside the free vote, not instead of it.

GreenSweep accepts direct donations to fund verified environmental projects in addition to the free vote that anyone in the world can cast. 70% of every donated dollar flows to projects via the monthly allocation cycle; each project’s verification standard, registry entry, and audit timeline is public on its project page. Donations from the Philippines and India are temporarily refused at the policy layer pending local entity setup — voting and signup remain available globally. The Stripe and Givebutter integrations are in final staging; until they ship to production, this page accepts wait-list signups so you’ll be the first notified when the flow opens.

Frequently asked questions

Is GreenSweep accepting donations today?

The agent-facing intent surface is live and the Stripe / Givebutter integration is in final staging. Until that wiring lands in production, this page accepts wait-list signups so you'll be notified the moment donations open. Anyone who joins the wait-list with a specified amount and currency is treated as a binding intent — that intent is fulfilled the day the flow goes live.

Why is the donate flow gated by region?

Donations from the Philippines and India are temporarily refused at the policy layer. Both jurisdictions require local entity structure (a Philippine foundation in PH, FCRA-registered beneficiary in IN) before GreenSweep can lawfully accept inbound donations from those regions. The diaspora vote and signup remain available globally — only the active donation flow is gated. The region list is maintained internally and will be updated once the local-entity work in each market clears.

Where does the donation actually go?

70% of platform funds — including donations — are committed to verified environmental projects via the monthly allocation cycle, routed via our CSR partners. Each project's verification standard, registry entry, and audit timeline is published on its project page. The remaining 30% covers verification overhead, regional staff, and operational reserves. Monthly disbursement reports live on /transparency.

Is the donation tax-deductible?

Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and on which legal entity ultimately receives the funds. GreenSweep Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN 202619802N) is the current operating entity; a Malta Purpose Foundation is in formation. We will publish a definitive list of jurisdictions with confirmed tax treatment as the Foundation registration completes — see the imprint page for current entity status. Speak to your tax advisor for guidance on your specific tax residency.

Can an AI agent (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) donate on my behalf?

The /api/intents/donate endpoint accepts agent-initiated donate intents per the UCP-style intent protocol described at /.well-known/agent-manifest.json. Agents send amount + currency + optional project slug; the response carries a redirect URL the agent passes to the user for completion. The intent surface respects the same region gate and feature flag as the human flow.
