Corporate CSR & Sustainability — Pre-launch partner programme

Turn your diaspora employees’ climate votes into verified ESG outcomes

GreenSweep is being built so that every employee gets a monthly vote on which environmental projects receive funding in their home country, and your company matches their voice with CSR-routed contributions. The intended result: a quantified, auditable ESG metric — not a donation receipt, but a participation rate, a project portfolio, and an impact figure designed to slot into CSRD and SFDR reporting. Partner with us before launch to shape the programme around your workforce.

Why diaspora workers are your most engaged sustainability audience

Diaspora workers send around $650B home in remittances every year (World Bank, 2024) and are acutely aware of the environmental conditions where their families live — flooding in the Philippines, desertification in Nigeria, air quality in India. GreenSweep is designed to channel that awareness into a structured monthly vote that tells your CSR team exactly which projects resonate with your workforce.

How the Corporate CSR programme will work

  1. Enrol your workforce. Employees sign up via a branded referral link. Registration is designed to take under 3 minutes and work on any device.
  2. Employees vote monthly. Each registered employee will cast one free vote per allocation period, choosing from a curated shortlist of vetted projects in their home market.
  3. Your company matches. You set a per-vote match amount (from €1 to €50). Every vote translates into a CSR-routed contribution to the winning project via our partner organisations.
  4. You report with confidence. GreenSweep is being built to generate a quarterly impact report with participation rates, matched amounts, project outcomes, and a machine-readable CSV designed for CSRD/SFDR filing.

What launch partners will receive

  • Project impact data via our public transparency CSV (third-party audit planned post-launch)
  • Branded onboarding link and employee communication templates
  • Quarterly PDF + machine-readable CSV designed for ESG reporting
  • Leaderboard and recognition for top-participating teams or offices
  • Direct line to our impact team for custom reporting requirements

Compliance and substantiation

All project organisations are verified against a three-point compliance checklist: legal entity registration, financial audit (most recent), and project-level outcome reporting. Matched contributions are processed via Stripe. Tax substantiation for donor-side deductions depends on the recipient project organisation's status in its jurisdiction. Contact us for country-specific guidance on which partner organisations can substantiate deductions for your tax residency.

What jurisdictions are supported for matched donations?

Initial launch markets are the Philippines, Nigeria, India, Germany, and Singapore. Indonesia and Bangladesh are scheduled for onboarding in Q3 2026. Verification of project partner organisations is in progress and will complete before any matched contributions are routed.
