Foundations & Family Offices — Pre-launch partner programme
Route climate capital toward the projects diaspora communities prioritise
GreenSweep is being built to aggregate monthly votes from diaspora workers across the Philippines, Nigeria, India, and Germany into a structured signal of community environmental priorities. Once live, foundations and family offices will be able to subscribe to that signal to allocate grants with genuine community participation — replacing expensive surveys and consultations with a continuously updated dataset. Founding partners can shape the methodology before launch.
The problem with traditional grant-making
Foundation programme officers spend a substantial share of their time on community consultation — organising focus groups, commissioning surveys, and synthesising feedback that may already be months out of date by the time it informs a grant decision. GreenSweep is being built to replace that cycle with a live, structured signal from the communities you are trying to serve.
How foundations use GreenSweep data
- Portfolio alignment. Use aggregate vote data to validate that your existing project portfolio matches community priorities. Identify gaps in underserved categories.
- Matched grant programmes. Announce a matched-funding pool and let community votes determine which projects receive the largest tranches — radical transparency, documented.
- Next-generation engagement. Younger diaspora family members joining the platform can be invited to participate in family foundation decisions, creating a structured channel for intergenerational wealth transfer with environmental intent.
- Annual reporting. GreenSweep provides a participation narrative and impact data set formatted for annual impact reports and donor communications.
What the partnership looks like
Foundation partnerships are structured as a 12-month engagement with a named impact team contact. We provide: a dedicated data dashboard, quarterly impact reports, and an optional co-branding arrangement that attributes your foundation's contribution on the public project pages your funded projects appear on.
Grant-making in regulated jurisdictions
GreenSweep Pte. Ltd. operates under Singapore law. Foundations based in the EU (especially Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) should note that, where a German project partner organisation independently holds Gemeinnützigkeit status, donor-side tax substantiation can be issued by that partner directly. We confirm Gemeinnützigkeit status on a per-partner basis on request; GreenSweep itself does not assert a blanket status across its partner roster. We also confirm per-partner status on a foundation-by-foundation basis as part of the partnership intake. Contact us for jurisdiction-specific legal substantiation documentation.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum engagement commitment?
▾
Our foundation partnerships start at a 12-month term with a minimum matched-funding commitment of €10,000. We offer a 90-day no-commitment pilot for new partners.
Can we direct funding to a specific country or project category?
▾
Yes. Foundations can restrict their matched funding to specific home markets (e.g. Philippines only) or project categories (e.g. ocean cleanup, reforestation). Voting data for your target segment is provided separately.
How are project organisations verified?
▾
Every project partner undergoes a three-point verification: legal entity registration, most recent financial audit, and project-level outcome reporting. Verification documentation is available on request.
Is co-branding available?
▾
Yes. Foundation partners at the €25,000+ annual tier receive a branded attribution on project pages, a co-authored impact story in the GreenSweep blog, and a quarterly joint press-release template.
